Many of our colleagues came from non-technical, liberal-arts backgrounds and had never worked in IT or HR before joining.
Once you're on board, you'll be exposed to a wide range of work — supporting candidates, working alongside our Japanese partners, and contributing to technology projects. We've built structured training and regular knowledge-sharing sessions so that anyone with the drive to grow gets a real chance to grow fast.
