In Digital HR (NEXORA HR), we use AI to match Asian candidates with Japanese employers, backed by a Coordinator model that stays with each candidate for 12 months, resulting in a 94% visa approval rate and more than 1,200 people successfully placed in Japan so far.

IT Technology (NEXORA DX) is the technical backbone of the entire Nexora ecosystem. Our engineering team builds measurement and inspection systems and embedded software used across industries from automotive and railway to distribution and telecommunications; develops business applications for manufacturers, from planning through to maintenance; and drives digital transformation (DX), digitizing the manual processes that still weigh companies down. With the ability to build systems tailored precisely to client requirements and held to a high quality standard, we support Japanese companies through end-to-end DX, from initial assessment to go-live, with all materials fully localized in Japanese.

In investment support (NEXORA INVEST), we bridge Japanese companies and the Vietnamese market, supporting IT outsourcing, OEM, BPO, and representative office setup, so foreign businesses can expand into Vietnam with confidence. Since our founding in 2025, we've built a network of more than 30 Japanese partner companies, and we'll keep growing all three pillars together as we build a lasting bridge between Vietnam and Japan.
